Hi Liam - I just caught your 30 minute interview with James Foster at South by Southwest and knew I wanted more. I'm just starting in offline marketing and the interview was inspiring. So keep it coming and I'll be around to read it all. The way I understood it you are prequalifying your leads by their ability to pay a good monthly fee, their ranking somewhere near page 1 and by them having an unoptimized Web site. So I'm wondering how you can find a lot of leads that meet all these conditions. Are there any shortcuts?

Thanks - Elliot

Hey Liam,

I thought this article was pretty inspiring. I am starting to look at myself and my strongest strengths and focusing on that.

I'd love to model your ideals and bring on a person to do the stuff I don't want to do in the future. One thing I'm working on eventually doing is bringing on someone who's got the type of brain to focus on metrics. I'm ultra creative and don't enjoy/don't understand how to "metricize" my entire business. I know I'm leaving boat loads of cash on the table by not tracking my conversion rates as well as I should.

I'm possibly going to be adding an expert in Google Analytics and someone who's smart at managing wordpress and doing basic design stuff b/c like I said...that stuff sucks too...all the weak points that are necessary in my model but aren't fun.

My main core competency is product creation and creating excitement in an audience...so I think I'll do more of that :)

Thanks for opening my eyes up (Lead Gen is cool too...but what I shared is what I enjoyed the most)

Cheers,
